Happy Nappy Bins

Need 15 minutes of quiet Mom time!? Want to take a shower or poop without 6 eyes on you?! Have a brand new baby at home who takes multiple naps a day and need to occupy your littles so that you can put the baby down for a peaceful nap?! 
 
Happy Nappy Bins are what you need in your life. I developed these bins when Jack, our 2nd son, was born because Ryder needed something to engage in while our nanny put Jack down for his morning nap. They are developed to be mostly independent activities that require minimal materials (no cutting, gluing, or glitter in these activities #momsanity) so that you can set them up in a safe place and then do your thing. 
 
When I used them for morning nap I set them up in the nursery so that Ryder or Ryder and Jack could do the activity on the floor in the nursery. Eventually as they are a little more independent and older or as baby starts becoming too distractible I start setting them up in the playroom or the hallway, but I ensure that I have taken time to train the older children on the expectations and safe places to be.
